Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup (240ml) bottled barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up, if desired.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes and barbecue sauce. Toss to coat evenly, ensuring every piece is covered in sauce.
  3. Spread the chicken bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding the pan, or they'll steam instead of bake.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
