  • 1 cup (250g) Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup (90g) Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and liquid sweetener. Whisk vigorously with a spatula until the mixture is glossy and completely homogenous to ensure even coating.
  2. Add the rolled oats and chocolate chips to the bowl. Use a folding motion, scraping the bottom of the bowl frequently, until the mixture looks like thick, pebbly dough. Allow to sit for five minutes if the mixture feels too loose.
  3. Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, drop uniform mounds onto a parchment-lined sheet. Roll each mound between your palms using firm pressure to compress the air out and prevent shattering.
  4. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the lipids in the peanut butter to solidify, creating a firm, portable structure.
