Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Frozen Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Pour the 0.25 cup Almond Milk into the blender first.
  2. Add the 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt directly on top of the milk.
  3. Toss in the 1 tbsp Chia Seeds so they begin to hydrate in the liquid.
  4. Add the 1.5 cups Frozen Mixed Berries.
  5. Place the Frozen Banana slices on the very top.
  6. Use 5-7 short pulses until the large chunks are broken down.
  7. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds while using the tamper.
  8. Stop when you see four distinct 'folds' or 'waves' forming on the surface.
  9. Scoop the thick mixture into your chilled bowl immediately.
  10. Add your favorite toppings while the base is still 'frosty' to the touch.
