Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream (about 100g / 3.5 oz)
  • 1 shot (about 30ml / 1 fl oz) freshly brewed, hot espresso

Instructions:

  1. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a small dessert bowl or glass.
  2. Brew a shot of hot espresso using your preferred method.
  3. Immediately pour the hot espresso over the ice cream.
