Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) full fat cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup (28g) low-moisture shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp (30g) marinara sauce
Instructions:
- Combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 large egg, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/4 tsp sea salt in a blender.
- Pulse in 1/4 cup all purpose flour until just combined.
- Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit your air fryer, leaving a 1 inch gap around the edges for airflow.
- Pour the mixture onto the paper and spread into a 7 inch circle until even and smooth.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8 minutes until the top is set and matte.
- Flip the crust over and remove the parchment paper.
- Air fry for another 2 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Spread 2 tbsp marinara sauce and sprinkle 1/4 cup low moisture shredded mozzarella on top.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and sizzles.
- Let it sit for 2 minutes before slicing until the structure firms up.
