- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
- Remove crab sticks from packaging and pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crunch.
- Lightly brush each crab stick with neutral oil or toss them in a bowl until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, whisk together panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll each oiled crab stick in the panko mixture, pressing firmly to ensure the coating adheres to the entire surface.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they reach a mahogany-gold color.
- Combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to create the signature dip.
