Ingredients:

  • 8 oz imitation crab sticks
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Remove crab sticks from packaging and pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crunch.
  2. Lightly brush each crab stick with neutral oil or toss them in a bowl until evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Roll each oiled crab stick in the panko mixture, pressing firmly to ensure the coating adheres to the entire surface.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange the sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they reach a mahogany-gold color.
  8. Combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to create the signature dip.
