Ingredients:

  • 15 frozen breaded jalapeno poppers (450g)
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) to ensure the bottom of the poppers does not become soggy.
  2. Arrange the frozen stuffed jalapeno poppers in a single layer in the basket, leaving at least 1/2 inch of space between each popper. Lightly spritz the tops with avocado oil.
  3. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. At the 5-minute mark, shake the basket or flip each popper using tongs.
  4. Remove the poppers and place them on a wire cooling rack for 2 minutes to maintain crispness.
  5. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder in a small bowl until smooth.
