Ingredients:
- 15 frozen breaded jalapeno poppers (450g)
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) to ensure the bottom of the poppers does not become soggy.
- Arrange the frozen stuffed jalapeno poppers in a single layer in the basket, leaving at least 1/2 inch of space between each popper. Lightly spritz the tops with avocado oil.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. At the 5-minute mark, shake the basket or flip each popper using tongs.
- Remove the poppers and place them on a wire cooling rack for 2 minutes to maintain crispness.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder in a small bowl until smooth.
