Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900g) Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes, cut into 1-1.5 inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform pieces to ensure even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Make sure they're evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer (if your model requires it). Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley (if desired) and serve immediately.
