Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (about 1 lb / 450 g)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (120 ml)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened (240 g)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (120 g)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing (120 ml)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (120 g)
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  3. Stir in softened cream cheese until blended.
  4. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
