- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.

- Place coated chicken bites on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While baking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce on the side.
