Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and chopped bacon until well combined.
- Gently stir in 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the remaining cheese for topping.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, if using.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
