Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and chopped bacon until well combined.
  4. Gently stir in 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the remaining cheese for topping.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, if using.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
