Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Light rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Dark rum
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Blackberry liqueur (e.g., Chambord or crème de mûre)
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Banana liqueur (e.g., Crème de banane)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Grenadine
  • Garnish: Orange slice, cherry, pineapple wedge

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball or hurricane glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine light rum, dark rum, blackberry liqueur, banana liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
  3. Add ice to the shaker. Close tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice, cherry, and pineapple wedge.
