Ingredients:
- 1 oz (30 ml) Light rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) Dark rum
- ½ oz (15 ml) Blackberry liqueur (e.g., Chambord or crème de mûre)
- ½ oz (15 ml) Banana liqueur (e.g., Crème de banane)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh lime juice
- 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) Grenadine
- Garnish: Orange slice, cherry, pineapple wedge
Instructions:
- Fill a highball or hurricane glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine light rum, dark rum, blackberry liqueur, banana liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
- Add ice to the shaker. Close tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice, cherry, and pineapple wedge.
