  • 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy, like almond, soy, or oat milk)
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In your jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract (if using), and salt.
