- 1 ounce (30 ml) vodka
- 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Coffee beans for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew fresh espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour in the cooled espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well combined and frothy.
- Strain the mixture into chilled martini glasses.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top, if desired.
