  • 1 ounce (30 ml) vodka
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
  • 1/2 ounce (15 ml) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Coffee beans for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew fresh espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the cooled espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
  4. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well combined and frothy.
  5. Strain the mixture into chilled martini glasses.
  6. Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top, if desired.
