Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz stabilized whipped topping, thawed
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat on medium-high speed until completely smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until the mixture is velvety and pale.
  3. Reduce mixer to the lowest setting or use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a cut-and-fold motion until the color is uniform.
  4. Gently stir in the cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows until the cherries are marbled throughout the cream.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the fluff to set.
