Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz stabilized whipped topping, thawed
- 21 oz cherry pie filling
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat on medium-high speed until completely smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until the mixture is velvety and pale.
- Reduce mixer to the lowest setting or use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a cut-and-fold motion until the color is uniform.
- Gently stir in the cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows until the cherries are marbled throughout the cream.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the fluff to set.
