Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) pre-made pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (30g) cornmeal
  • 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) salt
  • 8 slices (approx. 150g) bacon
  • 1 cup (240ml) Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk or buttermilk
  • 2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh chives, chopped (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Dice chicken, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C). Set aside.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing and milk (or buttermilk) until smooth and spreadable.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating. Dust baking sheet or pizza stone with cornmeal.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to your desired shape and thickness. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the ranch sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Top with cooked chicken and crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chives and red pepper flakes (if desired). Slice and serve immediately. This chicken bacon ranch pizza recipe is the best!
