- 8 slices (approx. 150g) bacon
- 1 cup (240ml) Ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk or buttermilk
- 2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh chives, chopped (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Dice chicken, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C). Set aside.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing and milk (or buttermilk) until smooth and spreadable.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating. Dust baking sheet or pizza stone with cornmeal.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to your desired shape and thickness. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the ranch sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Top with cooked chicken and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chives and red pepper flakes (if desired). Slice and serve immediately. This chicken bacon ranch pizza recipe is the best!
