- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold unsalted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C / Gas Mark 5).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, erythritol, and water. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Transfer the apple mixture to the baking dish, spreading it in an even layer.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine almond flour, chopped almonds, rolled oats, erythritol, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apple filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Let the crumble cool slightly before serving.
