Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (preferably full-fat)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles or sweet pickles
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped pickles, capers, and Dijon mustard.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and fold in the fresh dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
- Serve chilled alongside your favourite fried fish or seafood dishes.
