Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) fresh orange juice, pulp preferred for texture
- 1 cup (240ml) milk (whole milk for richer flavor, or your favorite alternative)
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar (or substitute)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add orange juice, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend on medium speed until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- Increase the blender speed to high and blend until smooth and creamy. Avoid over-blending.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
