Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) fresh orange juice, pulp preferred for texture
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk (whole milk for richer flavor, or your favorite alternative)
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar (or substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (120g) ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add orange juice, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Increase the blender speed to high and blend until smooth and creamy. Avoid over-blending.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
