Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely minced
  • 8 oz lump crabmeat, drained and roughly chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free. Whisk in the sour cream and mayonnaise until the mixture is a uniform, velvety consistency.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, and garlic powder. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed and the base smells bright and savory.
  3. Gently add the drained crabmeat and minced chives. Using a silicone spatula, fold the ingredients together with a slow 'under-and-over' motion. Stop as soon as the crab is coated.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marry and the dip to set.
