Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely minced
- 8 oz lump crabmeat, drained and roughly chopped
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free. Whisk in the sour cream and mayonnaise until the mixture is a uniform, velvety consistency.
- Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, and garlic powder. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed and the base smells bright and savory.
- Gently add the drained crabmeat and minced chives. Using a silicone spatula, fold the ingredients together with a slow 'under-and-over' motion. Stop as soon as the crab is coated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marry and the dip to set.
