Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) Auguson Farms Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5g) dried oregano
- 1 tsp (5g) dried thyme
- 1 tsp (5g) paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade
- Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer chicken to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
