Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) Auguson Farms Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) dried oregano
  • 1 tsp (5g) dried thyme
  • 1 tsp (5g) paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade
  3. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Transfer chicken to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
