Ingredients:

  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for cooking)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  4. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove patties from skillet and allow to drain on a paper towel. Serve immediately!
