Instructions:
- Pour the milk and Greek yogurt into the blender base first to ensure a proper vortex and prevent the motor from stalling.
- Add the frozen banana chunks, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey to the blender.
- Start blending on the lowest setting to break up the frozen fruit, then quickly increase to high speed. Process for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and emulsified.
- Check the consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, pulse in 1-2 additional tablespoons of milk until the desired texture is reached.
