Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces canned crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Crusty bread, crackers, or vegetable crudités

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and crab meat, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges, and lightly golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with crusty bread, crackers, or crudités.
