Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces canned crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Crusty bread, crackers, or vegetable crudités
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and crab meat, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges, and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with crusty bread, crackers, or crudités.
