Ingredients:
- 8 oz (227 g) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Extra drizzle of olive oil (for garnish)
- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or mint) for garnish
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and equipment. Measure out the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and herbs.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add crumbled feta and Greek yogurt.
- Mash the feta and yogurt together using a fork or mixer until creamy and combined.
- Stir in olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, parsley, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice or pepper if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from fridge, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with extra herbs before serving.
