Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 120g jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, sliced
Instructions:
- Sauté the diced jalapeños in a small pan with a touch of oil for 3-5 minutes until they soften slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Fold in the sautéed jalapeños, minced garlic, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheddar, all of the mozzarella, and half of the crumbled bacon.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 9-inch round baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Top the dip with the remaining shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
- Switch to the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the top is bubbly and exhibits golden-brown, charred edges.
- Garnish with fresh chives immediately before serving.
