Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 6 oz stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Lightly grease the insert of a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Lay the chicken in a single layer at the bottom of the crock pot. Season evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour this mixture directly over the chicken, spreading it to the edges.
- Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the soup mixture.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the stuffing layer.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the stuffing is set.
