Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 6 oz stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Lightly grease the insert of a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  2. Lay the chicken in a single layer at the bottom of the crock pot. Season evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour this mixture directly over the chicken, spreading it to the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the soup mixture.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the stuffing layer.
  6. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the stuffing is set.
