  • 1 cup (240 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream (optional for creaminess)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. Place frozen chicken breasts into the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix with chicken broth.
  4. Pour the ranch broth mixture over the frozen chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken shreds easily.
  6. Stir in heavy cream for a richer sauce, if desired.
  7. Use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the pot, mixing thoroughly with the sauce.
