Ingredients:
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped (about 200g)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (about 150g)
- ½ cup cucumber, diced (about 100g)
- ½ cup red onion, finely diced (about 80g)
- ¾ cup green bell pepper, diced (about 100g)
- ½ cup black olives, pitted and sliced (about 75g)
- ½ cup salami, diced (about 75g)
- ½ cup provolone cheese, diced (about 75g)
- ¼ cup olive oil (about 60ml)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (about 30ml)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Rinse and chop the romaine lettuce. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and finely chop the red onion and green bell pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, olives, salami, and provolone cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Divide the salad into bowls and serve immediately, or chill briefly before serving for enhanced flavors.
