Ingredients:
- 1 cup (237 ml) high-quality mayonnaise
- 2-4 tablespoons (30-60 ml) Dijon mustard
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.

- Taste the Dijonnaise and add more Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired level of tanginess.
