Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (237 ml) high-quality mayonnaise
  • 2-4 tablespoons (30-60 ml) Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
  2. Whisk together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  3. Taste the Dijonnaise and add more Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired level of tanginess.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
