Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) milk
- 1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons (85 g) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for greasing the pan
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions:
- Place oven rack in the center position. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease the skillet or baking dish generously with butter.
