Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 8 oz lump crab meat, drained
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  2. Gently fold in the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Carefully fold in the lump crab meat, ensuring the chunks remain intact.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into an 8x8 inch baking dish or a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
  5. Top the mixture with the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes until the edges are bubbling.
  7. Switch to the broiler for 1–2 minutes until the top is golden brown and slightly charred.
