Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 8 oz lump crab meat, drained
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Gently fold in the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Carefully fold in the lump crab meat, ensuring the chunks remain intact.
- Spread the mixture evenly into an 8x8 inch baking dish or a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
- Top the mixture with the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes until the edges are bubbling.
- Switch to the broiler for 1–2 minutes until the top is golden brown and slightly charred.
