Ingredients:

  • 750 g floury potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 150 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 40 g salted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  6. Use a potato masher to mash the mixture to your desired consistency.
