Ingredients:
- 750 g floury potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 150 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 40 g salted butter

Instructions:
- Chop the peeled potatoes into equal-sized pieces for even cooking.
- Place the chopped potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with boiling water, and bring back to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
