  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the imitation crab into small, uniform pieces (about 1/4 inch). Dice the celery and red onion with precision and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until the dressing is a uniform, pale orange color.
  3. Pour the dressing and lemon juice over the crab mixture. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold the ingredients together until the crab is evenly coated, avoiding vigorous stirring to keep the pieces intact.
