Instructions:
- Finely chop the imitation crab into small, uniform pieces (about 1/4 inch). Dice the celery and red onion with precision and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until the dressing is a uniform, pale orange color.
