Ingredients:

  • 14.3 oz Oreo Cookies (1 standard package)
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp crushed Oreo crumbs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. Reserve 1 tablespoon of crumbs for garnishing later.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the cookie crumbs and mix until the dough is uniform in color with no white streaks remaining.
  3. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll between your palms to form a 1-inch ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the rolled balls in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth and glossy.
  6. Use a fork to dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, tapping off the excess. Return to the parchment paper and immediately top with reserved crumbs before the chocolate sets.
