Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480g) Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60ml) honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups (300g) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup (150g) granola (your choice, toasted for extra crunch)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
- Coconut flakes, for extra texture (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Rinse and slice the strawberries (if using). Keep blueberries and raspberries whole.
- In each glass or bowl, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries, and a sprinkle of granola. Repeat the layers until components are used up, finishing with yogurt on top.
- Top with additional berries, a drizzle of honey, granola, and mint leaves for garnish. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.
