Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480g) Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (300g) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup (150g) granola (your choice, toasted for extra crunch)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • Coconut flakes, for extra texture (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Rinse and slice the strawberries (if using). Keep blueberries and raspberries whole.
  3. In each glass or bowl, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries, and a sprinkle of granola. Repeat the layers until components are used up, finishing with yogurt on top.
  4. Top with additional berries, a drizzle of honey, granola, and mint leaves for garnish. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.
