Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place chicken breasts in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess. Grill on each side for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
