Ingredients:
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 oz / 170 g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 orange, diced
- 1 grapefruit, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (10 g)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat Mahi Mahi fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced orange, grapefruit, lime juice, chopped red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, and salt. Stir gently to combine. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F / 190°C).
- Place fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily.
- Plate the grilled Mahi Mahi and top with Citrus Salsa. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
