Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) frozen mulberries
- 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, broken into chunks
- 1/4 cup (40g) fresh spinach
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
- 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds
Instructions:
- Place the unsweetened almond milk and plain Greek yogurt at the bottom of the blender first to ensure a smoother vortex.
- Layer in the frozen banana chunks, frozen mulberries, chia seeds, and fresh spinach on top of the liquids.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly ramp up to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and velvety with no visible fruit chunks.
