Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mulberries
  • 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • 1/4 cup (40g) fresh spinach
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Place the unsweetened almond milk and plain Greek yogurt at the bottom of the blender first to ensure a smoother vortex.
  2. Layer in the frozen banana chunks, frozen mulberries, chia seeds, and fresh spinach on top of the liquids.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly ramp up to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and velvety with no visible fruit chunks.
