Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can (396g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (150g) shredded coconut
- ½ cup (70g) chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
- ½ cup (90g) butterscotch chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the baking dish by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; mix until fully combined.
- Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Layer chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and butterscotch chips (if using) over the condensed milk.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Cool the bars in the pan for at least 10 minutes; then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares and serve.
