Ingredients:

- 0.25 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz mason jar or glass bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, sea salt, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
- Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the seeds are evenly distributed and not settling at the bottom.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes at room temperature to allow the outer shells of the seeds to begin softening.
- Whisk or shake the jar again for another 30 seconds to break up any clumps and ensure a smooth consistency.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the pudding to fully set into a thick, spoonable texture.
