Ingredients:
- 1 cup (230g) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30g) sweet pickle relish
- 1.5 tbsp (22g) yellow mustard
- 1 tsp (5g) white vinegar
- 0.5 tsp (2.5g) onion powder
- 0.5 tsp (2.5g) garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp (2.5g) sweet paprika
- 0.25 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- In a small glass mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and yellow mustard. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients together until the yellow mustard is completely incorporated and the base is a uniform pale yellow.
- Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt over the wet mixture. Add the white vinegar. Whisk vigorously for 30–60 seconds until a velvety, salmon-colored emulsion forms with no visible dry clumps.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the dehydrated spices to rehydrate and the flavors to meld.
