Ingredients:
- 3 cups All purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups Granulated sugar
- 4 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Fine sea salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 ½ cups Whole milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined to ensure a tender crumb.
- Prepare the cinnamon swirl mixture.
- Spread the cake batter evenly into the prepared pan. Dollop the cinnamon swirl mixture over the top. Use a knife or small spatula to swirl the mixture into the batter in a figure-eight pattern.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Prepare the glaze.
