Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons (35g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
  • Chocolate shavings or fudge sauce (for garnish)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly toasted, then cool completely.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  8. Spread the filling into the cooled crust evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  10. Garnish with chocolate shavings or peanuts, slice, and serve chilled.
