Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons (35g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate shavings or fudge sauce (for garnish)
- Chopped peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly toasted, then cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
- Spread the filling into the cooled crust evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or peanuts, slice, and serve chilled.
