Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 5 1/4 cups Cold Water (divided for syrup and mixing)
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Erythritol/Monk Fruit Blend (or equivalent liquid sweetener)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Keto Simple Syrup: Combine 1/4 cup of the water and the granulated keto sweetener in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sweetener is completely dissolved and the mixture turns clear (about 1 minute). This prevents crystallization in the cold drink.
  2. Remove the syrup from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Mix the Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the remaining 5 cups of cold water, and the prepared keto simple syrup.
  4. Stir well until fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if desired.
  5. Chill the lemonade until very cold, or serve immediately over plenty of ice.
