Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 5 1/4 cups Cold Water (divided for syrup and mixing)
- 3/4 cup Granulated Erythritol/Monk Fruit Blend (or equivalent liquid sweetener)
Instructions:
- Make the Keto Simple Syrup: Combine 1/4 cup of the water and the granulated keto sweetener in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sweetener is completely dissolved and the mixture turns clear (about 1 minute). This prevents crystallization in the cold drink.
- Remove the syrup from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Mix the Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the remaining 5 cups of cold water, and the prepared keto simple syrup.
- Stir well until fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if desired.
- Chill the lemonade until very cold, or serve immediately over plenty of ice.
