Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Tilapia fillets
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) Olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 Lemons, zested and juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the marinade evenly over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tilapia is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
