Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Mince the garlic finely and measure out the egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking until a creamy emulsion forms.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Taste the aioli and adjust seasoning if necessary.
