Ingredients:
- 1 pack (12 oz) Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 0.5 lb thinly sliced deli turkey
- 0.5 lb thinly sliced deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 cup raspberry jam
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using a serrated knife, slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without pulling them apart. Place the bottom half into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the sliced ham and turkey across the bottom rolls. Top the meat with slices of Swiss cheese, ensuring full coverage to act as a binder.
- Place the top half of the roll block over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush to generously apply the mixture over the tops and sides of the rolls.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the tops are mahogany-brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, immediately dust with powdered sugar using a fine-mesh sieve, and slice into 12 individual sliders. Serve warm with raspberry jam on the side.
