Ingredients:
- 4 pieces naan flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup pizza sauce (240 ml)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (150 g)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (75 g)
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers (75 g)
- ½ cup sliced red onion (50 g)
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn (10 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
- Brush each naan flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each naan, leaving a small border. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance flavor.
- Place the assembled naan pizzas on the hot baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbled and golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
- Slice and serve warm.
