Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces naan flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (240 ml)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (150 g)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (75 g)
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers (75 g)
  • ½ cup sliced red onion (50 g)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn (10 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
  2. Brush each naan flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each naan, leaving a small border. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance flavor.
  5. Place the assembled naan pizzas on the hot baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbled and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
