Ingredients:

  • 8 oz salami
  • 6 oz sharp cheddar
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 4 oz marinated feta cheese
  • 1 cup mini sweet peppers
  • 1 cup English cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 cup sea salt crackers
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Place ramekins of hummus and tzatziki on opposite ends of the grazing board to act as anchor points.
  2. Arrange the cubed sharp cheddar and mozzarella pearls around the dip ramekins to create structural fill.
  3. Distribute the sliced salami across the board, folding them for visual variety.
  4. Fill the remaining gaps with sliced mini sweet peppers, cucumber rounds, cherry tomatoes, red grapes, and blueberries.
  5. Scatter roasted almonds and sea salt crackers into the open spaces.
  6. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the cheeses and produce, then finish with a sprinkle of dried oregano and fresh lemon juice.
