Ingredients:
- 8 oz salami
- 6 oz sharp cheddar
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
- 4 oz marinated feta cheese
- 1 cup mini sweet peppers
- 1 cup English cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup tzatziki
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
- 1 cup sea salt crackers
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Place ramekins of hummus and tzatziki on opposite ends of the grazing board to act as anchor points.
- Arrange the cubed sharp cheddar and mozzarella pearls around the dip ramekins to create structural fill.
- Distribute the sliced salami across the board, folding them for visual variety.
- Fill the remaining gaps with sliced mini sweet peppers, cucumber rounds, cherry tomatoes, red grapes, and blueberries.
- Scatter roasted almonds and sea salt crackers into the open spaces.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the cheeses and produce, then finish with a sprinkle of dried oregano and fresh lemon juice.
